Bravehearts – works to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse in Australia through education, counselling, advocacy, and training programs that promote safer environments for children.

eSafety Commissioner – Official Australian Government online safety advice for children, parents and carers, including tips and reporting tools to keep kids safe online.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Kids Helpline – Free 24/7 counselling and support for young people. 

Emerging Minds – Resources and support focused on children’s mental health and early years wellbeing.

Head to Health Kids QLD - Head to Health Kids – Queensland (H2HK-Q) services offer a range of specialist supports for children under 12 years of age experiencing developmental, behavioural or emotional issues that may affect their mental health and wellbeing. Support is also provided for their families/carers if required.

Parenting and Child Development

Raising Children Network – Expert-backed articles, videos and tools on child development from pregnancy through teens. 

Beyond Blue – Parenting & Mental Health – Resources to help families understand and support mental health for children, teens and parents.

Family and Child Connect –  Anyone can contact them for advice and information, including parents, grandparents, other family members and young people. Family and Child Connect is a free service provided by trusted, local organisations who are experienced in working with families. Call 13FAMILY or 13 32 64.

Gold Coast Health - Gold Coast Health offers a range of specialist services for children and to assist their development.
